1. Return Window

ELSVIN accepts eligible returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.

• Be in the original, undamaged packaging where applicable.

• Include all original accessories, tags, instructions, and components.

• Not show signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration.

• Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return.

2. Baby & Personal-Care Products

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, or removed from their original sealed packaging.

This may include products that come into direct contact with a baby’s skin, mouth, body, feeding areas, or other personal-care items.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact ELSVIN before opening or using the product.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if:

• Your order arrived damaged.

• You received a defective product.

• You received the wrong item.

• An item is missing from your order.

Please provide your order number and photographs of the product and packaging where applicable. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other solution.

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

1. Complete the ELSVIN Return Request Form.

2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

3. Submit the form through the ELSVIN customer service channel.

4. Wait for return instructions before sending the product back.

5. Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

Please do not send a return to the original shipping address unless ELSVIN has specifically instructed you to do so.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by an approved ELSVIN resolution, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or another circumstance approved by ELSVIN.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, ELSVIN will notify you whether your return has been approved.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account. The time required may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

7. Exchanges

Where available, ELSVIN may offer an exchange for an eligible item.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, ELSVIN may instead provide another appropriate resolution, such as a refund.

8. Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following may not be eligible for return:

• Opened or used hygiene-sensitive products.

• Products that have been washed, worn, or otherwise used.

• Products damaged after delivery through customer misuse or improper care.

• Personalized or customized items, where applicable.

• Gift cards.

• Final-sale items clearly identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

• Items returned without required components or packaging where those components are necessary for resale or safety.

9. Return Approval

Submitting a return request does not automatically mean that the return has been approved.

ELSVIN reserves the right to review each return request and determine eligibility based on the condition of the product and the circumstances of the return.

ELSVIN may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. The policy applicable to your purchase will generally be the policy in effect at the time of your order, subject to applicable law.
